UNUSUAL GRAND TOUR BRONZE – NAKED HERCULES WITH FOOT UPON A FISH – FOUNTAIN? – WITH MARBLE BASE

On offer is a well cast bronze statue of a naked god (appears to be Hercules) with foot upon a fish with pedestal base. Perhaps based upon an ancient fountain? With high quality marble base. Grand Tour item – probably early 20^th Century. Height 14 cm. Condition good. Weight 570 grams – heavy. Slight movement to statue on plinth, but fully secure.
