More often than not, we will send something that will have the same form, fit and function. The part might not have the same writing on the sticker, but should be completely compatible to your requirements. if you require the exact part number, we might be able to assist, although not guaranteed.

If a product arrives as defective or damaged in transit, please contact Pucho Marketplace within 2 days of shipment. Products must not be used or expired, in the same condition that you received them and with their original packaging.
If an item was sold as pre-owned or used, it is expected to be returned in the same condition that you received it in. Products should be sent back using a trackable shipping method. We will only refund the cost of the item, return shipping costs are your responsibility. After we receive and inspect your return, your refund will be processed and will be applied to your PayPal account.
International Returns:
All international returns MUST be authorized and done through the eBay returns page. Please do not send back products without contacting Pucho Marketplace.
Returns will only be accepted on new products that were not accurately described or arrive defective/damaged. Please contact me within 3 days of shipment. Products must be in the same condition that you received them with their original packaging and cannot be used or expired.
