 X3U Hook Extender Shorteners

X3U is bringing you the ability to shorten and extend bands. Also be able to do heavy Front and Back Squats with a doubled band by using the hooks with the optional X3U Straps coming soon.

 

Proper Use for shortening is that you only shorten bands once per side. If you need more than that then use a smaller length band and adjust that one. All size bands might require shortening or extending depending on each individuals needs. The hooks allow you to dial in just the right amount for you.

 

Fits all X3 Bars Hooks also fits Geku Fit Bars Hooks.
