The outside plastic has discoloration from age and dirt

I cleaned inside as best as possible but was afraid of cracking plastic so I didn't get the entire inside clean.

There is some minor scratches on inside. I replaced the blue bulb but I have no idea how old the others are of if they will even make it through shipping without breaking their filaments.  

Stands 12 inches tall, 6 inches wide, 4 inches deep
