Payment Terms

All payments for purchases made through our eBay store are processed securely through eBay Managed Payments. This system allows buyers to choose from a wide range of payment methods, including major credit and debit cards, gift cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, PayPal, and PayPal Credit. A separate PayPal account is not required.

Payment is due at the time of purchase unless otherwise stated in the listing. Orders will not be processed or shipped until payment has been completed and confirmed by eBay.  Some items require a core deposit to be collected before the product will ship.  Here is a link to core deposit listings on eBay to allow us to ship in a timely manner.

Applicable sales tax is automatically calculated and collected by eBay based on your shipping address and local regulations.

Because eBay manages the payment process, both buyers and sellers are protected under eBay's policies. If there are any payment-related issues, disputes, or questions, eBay can be contacted directly for resolution.

Business Hours & Order Processing

Our business hours are Monday through Thursday, 8:00 AM-5:00 PM Mountain Time and Friday, 8:00 AM-12:00 PM. Orders placed before 2:00 PM MST Monday- Thursday and 10:00 AM on Friday are typically shipped the same business day, provided the item is in stock and not backordered from the manufacturer. Orders placed after this cutoff, on weekends, or on holidays will be processed the next business day.

Shipping Methods & Delivery

We ship using USPS, UPS, and/or FedEx, depending on the item and destination. Expedited shipping options are available upon request for an additional cost. Please message us before purchase if you have an urgent delivery deadline, and we will do our best to accommodate.

Additional shipping charges may apply for deliveries to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, or U.S. territories. Orders shipping internationally or to PO Boxes may be canceled at our discretion.

For orders totaling $500.00 USD or more, signature confirmation may be required at delivery. Optional deliveries to a FedEx or UPS facility are available for at-risk orders (possibility of theft/porch pirates). 

Multiple Warehouses & Split Shipments

We ship from multiple warehouses across the United States to reduce transit times and get your order to you as quickly as possible. Your item will ship from the closest warehouse with available stock and may arrive in multiple packages on different days.

Damaged Shipments

Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery. Any damage incurred during transit must be reported to us within 5 days of receipt. Please take pictures of the box and damage to the item so we can assist in filing a claim with the shipper. Replacement or reshipment for damaged items is handled on a case-by-case basis.

Shipping carriers typically require original packaging and/or clear photos of the damage. By completing a purchase with us, the buyer agrees to assist with any carrier-required documentation related to transit damage claims.

Refused or Undeliverable Packages

If a shipment is refused or delivery cannot be completed due to the buyer's failure to make arrangements with the carrier, a restocking fee may apply.

California Emissions Compliance

We do not ship Non-C.A.R.B. compliant parts to the state of California. Any order requesting shipment of non-compliant items to California may be canceled at our discretion.

eBay Global Shipping Program

We ship outside the United States exclusively through eBay's Global Shipping Program. Shipping charges, duties, taxes, and transit times are determined by eBay and are outside of our control.  We can ship with FedEx International Connect Plus and avoid brokerage fees on items shipped to Canada.  Must call in for this service.

Items shipped via the Global Shipping Program may only be returned at the buyer's expense and are subject to our standard return policy.

Core Charge Policy

Some items we sell require a core charge. If a core charge applies to your order, we will contact you after purchase with the details. Core Return Requirements

To receive full core credit, all core returns must meet the following requirements:

• Cores must be genuine OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturer) parts. Aftermarket or non-OEM cores are not accepted.

• A completed core return form and a copy of your invoice must be included with the returned core. Any core returned without the required form and supporting paperwork may be subject to a penalty or not processed if we cannot determine which order it applies to.  Please call, message or check the product images for a copy of the core return form.

• Cores must be fully drained of all fluids, reasonably clean, securely bagged, and properly packaged for shipment.

• It is the buyer's responsibility to ensure and packaged adequately.  Electronics, connectors, and sensors are commonly damaged in shipping.  Please package carefully to avoid deductions due to damage.

  Ship to Diesel Auto Power. Our receiving department cannot accept freight collect or C.O.D. shipments.  We can provide return labels at a discounted rate upon request.

• All cores are inspected upon arrival. To qualify for full credit, cores must be returned in rebuildable condition, as determined by the manufacturer. Cores may be refused or receive reduced credit if they show signs of physical damage, fuel contamination, seized components, disassembly, or other conditions that render them non-rebuildable.

• Core refunds are issued using the same payment method originally used for the purchase to avoid additional processing fees.  Core deposits are typically refunded within 3-5 business days of receipt of the package.

Once a core has been returned and processed, it becomes the property of Diesel Auto Power. If a customer later requests a core to be returned, a rebuildable core will be pulled from our core inventory. The returned core may not be the same unit originally sent back.

Returns & Refunds Policy

All parts we sell are eligible for return within the guidelines outlined below. Electrical parts must be unopened and remain in their original, factory-sealed packaging to qualify for return.

All returns require a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and must be requested within 30 days of the purchase date. Returns submitted without an RMA number and/or beyond the 30-day return window may be refused or reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

If an error occurs on our part (such as sending an incorrect or defective item), we will cover the cost of return shipping and the shipment of the correct replacement. For returns initiated by the buyer, items must be properly packaged to prevent damage during transit.

If a returned item is damaged during shipment back to us, the buyer is responsible for filing a damage claim with the carrier used for the return shipment.

Once a return is received and approved, refunds are typically processed within 48 hours. Please allow 3-5 business days for the refund to appear on your original payment method, depending on your financial institution.
