I bought this frameset in November 2020 but only used the frame over the winter of 2020/21 approximately 1500miles.

It’s in good condition but does have a mark where I fitted a rear light (check photo) to the seat stay and a few other chips and scuffs associated with a winter bike.
Comes with a bottom bracket, rear derailleur hanger,front derailleur mount, bottle cage bolts and headset bearings.

This would make a perfect winter hack as it has mudguard mounts and you can accommodate 28mm tyres as well. Just to be clear this is a rim bike frame.
I am 178cm tall and this fitted me perfectly.
