Goody Vintage 1970s dress in what feels like a cotton blend but has no fabric tags. Light powdery blue with a floral print in black that looks like a reverse fabric print although it's not. Classic shirtwaist blouson dress with collared neckline and single breast pocket. Elasticized waist with a semi full skirt that has pockets on either side. Tagged a vintage 11/12 which should fit a modern M but please check below for best fit.
