Dispatch - Any orders placed before 2pm Monday-Friday will be dispatched same-day. 
Orders placed after 2pm on Friday will not be dispatched until the following Monday (Excluding bank holidays).

Delivery - Tracking will be provided for all orders. All smaller items will be sent Royal Mail Tracked 24, unless Special Delivery Next Day is chosen and paid for at the time of purchase. All larger items will be sent DPD Next Day (*Some areas may be a two-day service - please check with us if you are unsure)

Delivery times are estimated and cannot be guaranteed however if you experience any delays please let us know so we can look into it and do our best to help speed up the delivery.

Returns - We offer a 30-day returns policy.

Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Items - Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us by phone or through ebay messages within 30 days of receipt if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can rectify the issue as quickly as possible.

Faulty items beyond 31 days of receipt will be subject to manufacturer warranty terms. If you are unsure what these are please contact us directly so we can advise you.
