The Rinnai MC91Q2A Universal Controller provides comprehensive compatibility across Rinnai's entire continuous flow water heater lineup, making it suitable for current B-Series models including the B26 (REU-A2626WB), B20 (REU-A2024WB), and B16 (REU-A1620WB), as well as the complete Infinity series encompassing the Infinity 12 (REU-AM1220WD), Infinity 16 (REU-AM1620WD), Infinity 20 (REU-AM2024WD), Infinity 26 (REU-AM2626WD), Infinity 26 Touch (REU-AM2626WDL), Infinity 28i (REU-VCM2837FF), and Infinity 32 (REU-AM3237W). 

The controller also works with Infinity Enviro series models including the Infinity Enviro 16 (REU-E1620W) and Infinity Enviro 26 (REU-E2626W), plus HD Series units like the HD28i (REU-VCM2837FFC), HD28e (REU-VCM2837WC), and HD32e (REU-AM3237WC).

For legacy installations, the MC91Q2A maintains full compatibility with V-Series water heaters from the 2007-2009 era including the REU-V3237WG (Infinity 32), REU-V2626WG (Infinity 26), REU-VM2630WD (Infinity 26 Plus), REU-V2632FFUG (Infinity 26i), REU-V2024WG (Infinity 20), REU-V1620WB (Infinity 16), REU-VM3237WC (V1500), REU-VM2630WC (V1200), REU-VM2632FFUC (HD 250e), REU-V2024WE (HD 200e), and REU-V1620WG (HD 200i). 

The controller extends this compatibility to VR-Series units from 2009 including REU-VR3237WG, REU-VR2626WG, REU-VRM2630WD, REU-VR2632FFUG, REU-VR2024WG, REU-VV1620WG, REU-VR2426WB, REU-VR1620WB, REU-VRM3237WC, REU-VRM2632WC, and REU-VRM2632FFUC, along with Envirosmart models REU-K2430WG and REU-KR2430WG.

The universal design also supports numerous superseded pre-2007 models including REU-3203W (Infinity 32), REU-2425W (Infinity 24), REU-2422W (Infinity 22), REU-2020W (Infinity 20), REU-2018W (Infinity 18), REU-2402FFU (Infinity 24 Int'), REU-2006FFU (Infinity 20 Int'), REU-2424W (Infinity 24), and REU-2408WC (Heavy Duty 20), making this controller an ideal retrofit solution for virtually any Rinnai continuous flow installation regardless of age or model designation.
