Hello, I have an antique Ambrotype photograph in what I believe is Vulcanite (looks like Bakelite), decorated case for sale. It measure approx. 3" high x 2 1/2" wide.
There is some fine crazing to the Ambrotype but overall it is in good condition for it's age, around 170 years old.

I try my hardest to mention any faults and hope most can be seen in my pictures, but my items have a history and therefore will not be in perfect or new condition. If anything is particularly important to you with regard to the item and it is not mentioned please don't hesitate to ask any questions.
I like to sell my items as I find them, as often the buyer will be far more knowledgeable on how to clean or restore them.
I always use Royal Mail wherever possible as they offer the best service available. This does come at a higher cost but is not helped by the 15% fees added by this site as I am classed as a business. I do often charge 50p extra on postage for bubble wrap, time etc.
I am always happy to combine postage for items bought within a few days of each other. Please let me know if this is required after the first item is bought, so that I may send you a combined invoice.
If I have quoted for a courier delivery please be aware that there may be an additional charge for some postcodes and they quote a 3-5 day delivery time.
No delivery service will allow me to insure glass, ceramic or fragile items.
My despatch time is 3-4 days. I have no control over the Royal Mail or couriers delivery times.
If payment is not received within 3 days I will send you a message through Ebay as a reminder. If I do not hear back within 24 hours I will open an unpaid case.
