POSTAGE

1. I generally post the next day  but it maybe 48 hours I do not post at weekends or holidays

2. All International items are sent via eBay global shipping. eBay fix the postage and any custom or import taxes payable, I do not send very fragile or restored items internationally. Also I do not post to onward couriers, storage facilities or PO box type collection points apart from the click and collect services offered by ebay,  orders with onward courier addresses will be cancelled and refunded

3. Due to PPWR packaging regulations I do not post to anywhere within EU trading area. because of the cost and legal, administrative burden; it is not feasible for a small business sending 12-30 parcels a year to use and pay for this system so regretfully there is no postage to EU even with eBay global shipping.

RETURNS

NO quibble domestic returns within 14 days, buyer pays return postage

All returns must be in original boxes with packaging and any certificates if applicable

I try very hard to make sure descriptions are accurate but if something if not as described or arrives damaged (in this case please send me photos) I will pay for the return postage  generally by sending you an eBay return label
