This does include the box, however the box is damaged, please see photos. Sides have been re-taped to keep the box closed.

I have checked parts and instructions and while all of the main components appear to be there it does seem like there is one screw missing as well as the original label sheet (however the label to the front of the vehicle is already attached). The horn to the steering wheel has already been assembled too, and works/squeaks. With that said, I am not sure if this has been fully assembled before but it appears as not since some of the pieces are still attached to the plastic as shown. There is still some signs of it being opened and then re-stored, as shown.
