Directions: 

     Apply 2 full droppers of Neutralizing Solution directly in your hands. Spread Neutralizing Solution over the skin with fingers. Use light feather movements to help further alleviate sensations; a slight rolling of the neutralizer is normal. Leave on skin until sensation has subsided. If high level of sensation is present, you may apply additional Neutralizing solution. Remove with cool water and damp cotton or esthetic wipes.
