Unfortunately the time has come to say goodbye as this has hardly been used last year due to illness & disability problems.

This is a big caravan with a huge amount of living space absolutely ideal for seasonal use or long term living! It is currently being kept on an all season pitch.

It has a fixed double bed at the rear with a nearly new matrress. 

The central dining area has been refurbished and can be turned into a double bed space. 

The front seating area can also be converted to a double bed; so it easily sleeps 6

 

It has ALDE central heating, black out blinds insect screens and curtains throughout, three large skylight roof vents, CD radio player, LED strip lights, main roof lights and spot lights, gas oven hobs and grill, sink with removable draining board, microwave, Electric fridge, separate shower, separate bathroom with cassette toilet and hand wash basin, loads of wardrobe and cupboard space as well as worktop space and TV points, plenty of plug sockets as well.

Some parts of the van have been modernised to make it easier to put up the 2 double beds. 

This caravan is all about the interior and the comfort it has to offer! The exterior is fresh and clean and has two side lockers as well as one front locker, 13 pin towing electrics, digital TV aerial on the roof as well.

Overall condition is good, obviously this is not a new caravan, so there's going to be signs of wear/use.

We are leaving all the additional fixtures & fittings, including the 28" Toshiba TV & Ruko TV Stick & the Fiamma f45 Awning with side panels. Plus there is also a spare Thetford Toilet Cassette.

Viewing will need to be by arrangement.

Due to the current weather it will have to be later in mid Feb/March.
