USPS Ground usually takes 2-5 days. This is after pickup by post office. Post office usually picks up within 48 hours of sale, only counting business days. Delays do occur, please allow a couple days after expected delivery date to open up an item no received. Refunds will be issued if the problem persists with no movement. Please message me.

USPS Media Mail - usually takes 2-8 days. This is after pickup by the post office. The Post office picks up 24-48 hours after sale. Please allow a few days after expected delivery date listed to open up an item not received. It is not uncommon for media mail to take longer then 14 days because there is not a delivery date guarantee. If you still have not received your item, and it is has been in the same hub for several days. Please open up an item not received.

I would prefer you except late and return if you no longer want the item but please do not wait longer 5 days after expected delivery date. I understand late delivery is frustrating, so i would prefer to be consistent and just accept returns for late delivery.

If you would like to receive your item faster, please message me and i can change the service to USPS priority mail. Media mail will always be cheapest for media related items. Priority mail can be $7 or more based on weight and dimensions.

Also, if the item has not moved. We can open up a missing mail ticket and usually there is movement in the next 48 hours. in my experience or confirmed lost.
