3d printed reproduction of the Assembly Block for a Akai GX-77. The original diecast "pot metal" block can fail (cracking and swelling are common) resulting in complete failure of the machine. This reproduction is a 1:1 copy of the original die cast assembly block and is manufactured out of Nylon using a industrial HP MJF 3d printer with a secondary blasting operation. Since the new block is made of plastic instead of die cast metal, I would recommend not to over torque the screws.

The block is ready to install as all threaded holes have been pre-tapped with the correct M4, M3 and M2 taps and all through holes have been properly sized.
