Very cool 1985 UK LP of The Sounds' Heads And Hearts!  I bought this new back in the 80s at Tower Records in the cutout section.  As you can see from the photos, it was a discounted item due to the holepunch through the cover, generic inner white sleeve, and insert.  Fortunately, the rest of the cover, inner sleeve, and insert is in good shape (see photos).  I play tested the vinyl and there were no skips, clicks, or pops.  It sounded great on my system.
