Double handles allow you to grip and apply pressure, or use the second handle as a prop against a wall, to press the massager into your back muscles, such as lats or upper traps.
 
The MUSCLETOOLS Heavy Duty Sports massager comes with 4 speed options of pulse intensity, and variable automatic programs. It is supplied with 3 interchangeable heads. Infrared, Shiatsu and palm pressure, for various types of massage.
