This watch is from one of the first batches of GSARs with Lume tubes, Marathon shipped. I owned the watch since 2006 and wore it daily for 5-6 years, then it went into the drawer and was only worn a handful of times since. I swapped the original rubber strap that was hard as a rock after all these years for another one of the same type but newer, which I purchased years later but never used. It is also a little dry, as you can see in the photos.

The Tritium tubes still glow faintly, i.e at night when your eyes have adapted to the darkness, you can still read the time. The GSAR keeps time well and everything works. As presented in the photos, there are definitely scratches and dings all over the watch, but it looks much nicer in person. The sapphire crystal however,  is free of scratches, dings, or chips.

Original box included.
