An ANTIQUE DISC PROJECTOR is now at this time up for your consideration. This is SAWYERS VIEW MASTER S-1, WITH FACTORY I.D. TAG (see photo #18&19) AND EXTRA PROJECTION BULB, SERIAL #12963, ORIGINAL CASE WITH LEATHER HANDLE AND A WOLLENSAK F/3.6 PROJECTION LENS. Up for sale is an authentic vintage 1940s View-Master projector, made in the USA. This early model features the classic brown textured Bakelite-style housing, heavy construction, and original Wollensak f/3.6 lens assembly.

  • Comes with an ORIGINAL VIEW MASTER HANG TAG
  • Tested and powers on fully
  • Lamp illuminates properly
  • Warms up quickly, which is common for early projectors
  • No cracks in housing
  • EXCELLENT paint retention with minimal surface wear, inconsistent with its age and use
  • Lens glass appears clear
  • All knobs and adjustments move properly
