The Arcam Alpha 8P is a classic British stereo power amplifier delivering over 50 watts per channel into 
8Ω (100W into 4Ω) using VMOSFET output stages. It is designed to enhance Arcam's Alpha integrated amps via bi-amping for improved, more dynamic sound quality.

It has been mainly used it in conjunction with an Arcam AV50 Home Cinema Amplifier to bi-amp main speakers and used for high quality stereo and multichannel (5.1) audio.
