Shipping is determined through USPS which is estimated by eBay using the size of the box, the weight of the box and the distance traveled. Shipping is NON-NEGOTIABLE because you are charged the EXACT amount that USPS charges to send from my address to yours.
Their estimate (for your address which YOU have listed and saved in your eBay settings) is in the listing under the main pictures.
If you change the address after you have paid- to a different state- then the shipping charges usually will change also and we are unable to send to any other address other than the address in your profile settings because of this.
If it is in the same state, we may be able to change it, but please keep in mind- this is a bit of a time consuming extra step that we have sellers don't always have time for. It is also not covered by the seller's guarantee which definitely is not something that I want to fall on my account if something were to happen to it on its way to you.
So in this case, you will have to cancel the order and then rebuy it after you have changed your address in your settings.
