I greatly enjoyed this amplifier in my living room for a few years until it began making unhappy noises through the speakers. There are hums, buzzing and soft popping sounds affecting both channels superimposed upon a somewhat distorted audio input. I’ve swapped tubes from one side to the other with no change. The tubes test well on my Hickok 534. Nothing appears to be amiss upon internal inspection. It appears to be a complex amplifier to dissemble and I have not been able to find a service technician for tubes gear within a few hours drive, so am listing it. The cosmetic condition is excellent. The color is a bit more subdued than my pictures portray. It’s an EL34 amp with about 35 watts per channel. It was made by a small company in Washington State which Mark Levinson purchased because he was so impressed with the sound quality of these! I believe it dates to the early 90’s. They were very expensive but sold very well. This will be packed expertly with mostly foam rubber and bubble wrap. The tubes will be removed but included. I will wrap it to help keep the transformers in place and advise to keep upright for the same reason. I’ll include a generic power cord. I don’t have any documentation to include and this one doesn’t have the optional transformer cover. Questions are welcome. Thanks!
