Shipping labels will be printed within one day of your order being placed making it appear as if the item is shipping immediately. However, it will not actually ship until the RELEASE DATE specified in the listing description. Please reference this for shipping date information.

If any issues arise and we are unable to fulfill your order, we will refund you in full—however this is rarely a problem. In very rare cases we are shorted stock on a Limited Edition release which we will notify you as soon as we know and discuss options and/or refund you back.
