Piracy was an EC Comics series from the mid-1950s, published by Bill Gaines and edited by Al Feldstein. Debuting with the October–November 1954 issue, the bi-monthly comic ran for just seven issues, wrapping up in October–November 1955. The covers featured work by Wally Wood, Reed Crandall, Bernard Krigstein, and George Evans, while the swashbuckling tales inside were brought to life by artists like Wood, Crandall, Krigstein, Jack Davis, Al Williamson, Graham Ingels, and Angelo Torres.

Russ Cochran later reprinted the series in black and white for The Complete EC Library, and between March and September 1998, all seven issues were reissued through Cochran and Gemstone Publishing. The full run was eventually collected, with covers, in two softcover EC Annuals.

For sale are six of the 1998 Gemstone Publishing issues.
