Shell made from Nylon/Elastane, lining Polyester - Wash with fresh water (I use my chlorine removal shampoo, even with a salt water pool) and allow to dry thoroughly in the shade or indoors.

So why are they called "Budgie Smugglers?"

Smuggling rare birds is, and was big business in the Far East and Australia. What better place to keep drugged birdies warm and private than that critical space where guys usually have an expected and sometimes prominent bulge, usually subject to glances of admiration from the opposite gender, and not to suspicious activity, search and scrutiny by the same gender. So you tuck the drugged exotic budgie birdy or two down in there, snug next to the old fella, all wrapped up in the swim briefs. Then you do the stupid, illegal thing that lands you in jail, smuggling them in or out of a country.
Some smugglers get caught when the budgies wake up early and hungry and start pecking...

If these feathered budgies fit, then so probably, will all the other uniquely male oriented attachments residing in the same area. Aussie sized equipment. Americans may not smuggle budgies, but you guys also need the room. Maybe for smuggling squirrels? Or maybe even ground hogs?
