This is a vintage 1970s white picot skirt and peplum top set for girls in size 7/8. Handmade in the United States, the set features heart buttons and has a waist size of 21". This was handmade by my mother in the early 1970s. I wore it for my First Holy Communion. It is still in great condition. Has pretty pearl heart shaped buttons. The top is trimmed with a pretty white crocheted trim, around the sleeves, collar, and bottom on peplum.  Hoping it goes to a good home.
