Typical wear and tear but overall very good condition. No leaks. New fridge. New window AC unit. Gas disconnected and have never used the heater which could need attention. Never tried it. BATHROOM FIXTURES HAVE BEEN REMOVED. Plumbing for sink, shower and toilet are still there though. Two couches pull out to larger beds. Kitchen table drops to a bed. Original stove in great condition.
