Vintage Sterling China Veterans Administration Logo 1930 White Coffee Mug with the Logo in Cobalt Blue.  Made in East Liverpool, Ohio.  Mug measures approx.  3" high, top rim is 3 1/2", base is 2 1/2", holds 4ozs.  Excellent condition for its age, there is a manufacturing flaw, a light blue run from the top rim down through the logo at an angle, first (picture), about 1 3/4".  Makes this mug unique!  Appears to never have been used.  Any manufacturing flaws are from the time period it was made.  This mug is heavy restaurant ware.
