The Royal Metal decal is on the base and only marking noted on the chair. All wheels intact, stay in place and roll freely. Chair swivels in a full circle as it should. The chair lean back with spring resistance and the knob on the bottom is the tensioner. This is a heavy all metal frame chair. Coming from nonsmoking environment . Good candidate to use as is or refurbish.
