*Drain the brake oil before packaging. Place a note inside with your return contact details including email + contact number. Also include the vehicle make/model/reg and a description of the faults you are experiencing.
Once your item is received, you will get a booking confirmation from our team and we will promptly proceed with testing/repairs.
Within 24hrs we aim to test and repair your item. You will then receive confirmation of the item being dispatched back to you.
Once received, simply re-install and bleed the brakes. That's it!

Sinspeed Lifetime Warranty
All parts (unless stated otherwise) carry the Unlimited Mileage Lifetime Warranty, which covers the repair of your unit back to its original operating condition for any problems resulting from manufacturing or workmanship defects. All internal components and labour performed by Sinspeed are fully covered. The warranty is valid to the name/company on the invoice only and is non-transferable between customers or vehicles. Shipping, removal, diagnostic, coding, programming, and/or mechanic charges are not covered by the warranty. Factors that could void the warranty include, but are not limited to: water damage, fire damage, over voltage damage, part being damaged as a result of another defective part in the vehicle, damage caused by jump starting the vehicle, improper use, or untimely return of core unit. Refunds are subject to production of original invoice and are at managerial discretion. If your item is not faulty, we will refund your payment of repair fee after deducting a £35+VAT testing fee.
