Brand new with Milwaukee’s Lifetime Warranty. They are extremely handy to have phillips+flat head screw driver and utility knife safely in your pocket + bottle opener. The knife flicks open and shut with one hand smoothly. I’ve added a free extra blade. The screwdriver is very nice that it holds at a 90 degree angle for tight spaces or extra leverage. It’s my everyday carry and I purchased in bulk to give as Christmas gifts and a few extra. I included a Stanley blade free as per the recommendation of Project Farms comparison tests video on Youtube. Milwaukee makes the sharpest blades, but they dull somewhat quickly. Stanley has the best value, while Dewalt's carbide blade is the most durable.
