Omron GoSmart Tri-Axis Pocket Pedometer, Model HJ-303.    New battery installed and the unit is working.   The unit comes with the holder, strap and instruction manual.   There was a small clip that could be attached to the strap, but I cannot find it.   I'm not even sure what the small clip is used for.   The unit has the larger clip holder that attaches to a belt or waistband.
