I will Ship USPS. PayPal preferred.  First Card $1.99.  Each additional card $0.25.

Ebay determines tax.  I do not add taxes myself.  If you live in a state that ebay now charges tax I have no control over that.

I do not ship internationally or to Hawaii or Alaska.
