MADE IN THE USA, Interlock knit is a type of double-knit fabric made on an interlock knitting machine. It’s thicker, smoother, and more stable than standard jersey knit because it has two layers of loops that interlock together (hence the name). Both sides of the fabric look the same—smooth, soft, and with fine ribbing. It stretches in width, has good recovery, and doesn’t curl at the edges when cut, which makes it easy to sew.
