The product is a Transformers Scourge Studio Series 101 Rise of the Beasts Leader action figure, part of the Transformers Studio Series line by Hasbro. This action figure features the character Scourge from the Transformers franchise, known for its transforming abilities and black color scheme. This unit was sealed when I acquired it.  I used a blow dryer to remove the seal tape on the top of the box (extremely cleanly) to open the box to verify (and photograph) contents.  The box is a little rough in places, but the toy is in new shape.  See photos for details.
