The item will ship from a smoke free home also. Your item will be packed with great care as to arrive in good condition. The item will ship as method indicated during purchase but other options are available upon request.

Items ship within 48 hours of receiving payment, unless item is posted that we are away. In that case we will ship within 24 hours upon return. This occurs very rarely. We ship every day except Sunday and holidays.

Return/Refund Policy

Money back guarantee means that you may return your item for a full refund. Buyer MUST message us within 3 days of receiving item if you would like to return item. Once approved, please pack carefully and return within 15 days. Item must be in its original condition. Items not returned in their original condition will be returned to the buyer. Buyer pays return shipping. On an additional note, all items are videoed and packed in front of postal worker to ensure item you purchased is being shipped. This is to protect both parties from swapping items upon arrival or returning.

When the item is received back in original condition, your account will be refunded.
