  • This beautiful Outsunny 2 tiered gazebo creates a welcoming spot for outdoor events and provides shelter for those underneath without a closed in feeling. The clever roof design allows air to flow in and out at the top of the metal gazebo, keeping inside cool and comfortable for everyone inside. The canopy comes with drainage holes to prevent water from building up on the roof and ensures that the structure doesn't gain enough weight to collapse. The mesh netting curtains provide breathability and with hook and loop installation they are easy to assemble and use.

Bulk Items/Economy delivery: free of charge

All bulky orders will be shipped within 3 working days and delivered within 5 working days (10 working days for certain postcodes) but you will receive a contact from our courier by email/SMS to inform you of the planned delivery day. Please also note that it is a doorstep delivery only!


48h delivery: free of charge

All small parcels up to 25kg will be shipped via 48 hour-tracked delivery service.

Returns

We offer a 30-day return policy from the date of purchase. If your goods arrive with obvious signs of damage, please sign for the delivery as damaged and accept the delivery.

Missing Parts:  If you discover missing or broken parts upon assembling your goods, please notify us immediately and refrain from assembling the item until we have taken appropriate action.

Please ensure that goods are returned in their original packaging. We reserve the right to withhold a refund if the item and packaging are not in satisfactory condition upon return. If an attempt has been made to assemble the item, a full refund may not be issued.
