* All down-pipes shipping to the state of NY is no longer FREE. we do charge 50$ shipping or more to the state of NY due to new local state laws against down-pipes

*All returns must be contacted within 30 days from the date of purchase otherwise your request will denied and all return item / items must be in new / unused condition with the original box and please make sure you return all parts that came with the original package in order to avoid restocking fee by Rev9 or Godspeed

*Godspeed / Rev9 provides 6 months warranty on their parts and 1 year warranty on all coilovers kit by Godspeed, However the item must be installed by a professional in order to qualify for warranty replacement against defects, a receipt from the shop or copy of a ASE license of the mechanic or a copy of the business license can all be accepted, please contact us first and obtain an RMA # if you are having issue with your item
* All warranty request on turbochargers by Rev9 please contact us to obtain an RMA # and fill out the warranty request form. The turbo / turbos must be installed by a professional in order to qualify for warranty replacement against defects, a receipt from the shop or copy of a ASE license of the mechanic or a copy of the business license can all be accepted
*Please install a brand new oil feed line with an oil restrictor everytime when you replace a new turbo charger otherwise warranty might be avoided by Rev9
*All international orders are subject for custom duty taxes. It is YOUR responsibility to pay for the custom duty not us. We have no control over your country`s custom department so we have no idea how much they charge. Please check with your local custom department first before buying. Because once your order had been shipped and if there is a custom duty fee , BUYERS are responsible to pay for it and if the item is being returned due to custom duty not paid, Ebay will takes out the amount of owes from your total and as well as the shipping costs. by NOT paying the custom duty is against Ebay policies and rules. you WILL NOT get your full refund back because of the rules set by Ebay.
