Here's a nice Estate find for the vintage Accutron collector....ca.1960 SOLID 14K GOLD 214 asymmetric Accutron. Heavy substancial case. The movement has the Accutron hum when a battery is installed, but the hands don't move, (second hand moved a few minutes then stopped, I don't believe the hour and minute moved at all, if so not much). A very interesting case design, and rather large for a watch of this era.
Good appearance, but not running properly...hums with battery installed but hands don't move or may move sporadically. Gold value of the case alone based on the 12/27/25 close of $4530.36 is about $1600.00, so not inconsequential to the price of the watch, (check current gold spot close to calculate gold value when you view the listing, it changes daily). Estate items are sold AS IS and AS FOUND , no returns, no refunds or partial refunds.
