This is a unique holographic sticker that was sold in vending machines in the late 90's. While it includes some of the design elements of Bandai's Cardass series from that era, it is not a part of their set. It shows minor signs of handling including a few surface scratches but overall is in excellent shape. I hope you enjoy the wacky art as I do!
