What are the differences between purchasing from us and from Lenovo directly?

A better shopping experience: We have been a Lenovo Premium Reseller over 12 years. We sell identical laptops as Lenovo, but with better price and faster shipping. In comparison, Lenovo takes 2 to 3 weeks to deliver your purchase.

 

Can I update the warranty by myself?

Yes you can. The laptops we sell carry the same Lenovo international warranty, simply call to Lenovo customer service anytime using the serial number on the back of the machine to update your warranty. The warranty of the Thinkpad laptops are only based on the serial number of the laptop. If you want us to upgrade the warranty for you, just let’s know after you purchase it.


Will upgrading RAM and hard drive affect or void my warranty?

No.


Will upgrading RAM and hard drive affect performance?

No. We are Lenovo-approved reseller and use genuine Lenovo or same brand and models as Lenovo parts. They are 100% compatible with ThinkPad. We will reload Lenovo factory original system after we upgrade the SSD.


Do we test the machine after upgrading?

Yes, we do. In order to provide best performance and user experience, we test the hardware, update the firmware and operating system drivers before shipping.


How to reinstall/restore the system if it is crash, and with no recovery disk and product key?

Follow these instruction: You can press F11 as soon as the Lenovo logo showing on the screen when you turn on the laptop. The Lenovo system recovery program will be activated and just follow the instructions to restore the OS to Lenovo original status. You can also go to Lenovo website and following the instructions to create a USB recovery disk to restore the Win10 OS. For the OEM version of Windows system, the product key is already built in and ready for activation.


How can we determine DOA and accept the defective return?

Follow the instruction: Turn on the machine,when the Lenovo logo is showing and keep pressing F10, Lenovo hardware diagnostics shows up, run all the testes, take the picture of the test result and sent it to us.
