Product Description:
Seasoning mix for Bolognese Pasta Gratin.

Preparation Instructions: Baking:
Ingredients needed: 250 g mixed minced meat (or beef), 150 g pasta, 100 ml cream (15% fat, or alternatively whipping cream), 50 g grated cheese, 1 tbsp oil.

  1. Fry the minced meat in hot oil.

  2. Add 400 ml water and 100 ml cream, stir in the contents of the seasoning mix, and bring to a boil for 1 minute.

  3. Place uncooked pasta in a baking dish and pour the sauce over so the pasta is fully covered.

  4. Sprinkle with cheese and bake in a preheated oven at 200°C (170°C fan) for approx. 30 minutes.
