The Diamond shell features an original multi-faceted design engineered to optimise shock absorption and energy dispersion. Constructed using advanced materials—over 60% carbon fibre blended with aramid—it delivers exceptional protection while keeping weight to a minimum.
RIAS – Rotation Impact Absorbing System
RIAS is UFO’s cutting-edge rotational impact technology. Traditional helmets absorb linear impacts, but RIAS also reduces energy from rotational acceleration. This is achieved through a multi-layered structure that includes:

A high-density EPS main shell with dual-density behaviour

An oscillating inner shell made of low-density polypropylene foam (PPE) designed to rotate and slide within the helmet

LEAS – Limited Extension Anti Shock
Foam inserts at the chin-rest and at the rear base of the helmet help limit front and rear neck flexion during a crash. LEAS works seamlessly with modern neck braces to further reduce impact forces.
