Small hairlines on the dial near 4-5 and at 10.Original breguet type blue steel hands . movement 15 jewels , spiral breguet compensation balance , heavy. Movement gold finish , wolf teeth, running conditions, keep very right time. 

Converted to a new made steel case -  gold plated 24 kt gold . Case style skeleton on the back,   officer, size 45 mm , lugs 19 mm . Sapphire glass front and back.
