Hello. This 2002 GI Joe headquarters blueprint is in fair / good shape. It's hard to find. The surface has moderate wrinkles and signs of use. The back side includes more detailed instructions for the cannons and inside of the base. There is some slight discoloration. No significant damage. Great for use or display.
