Item Condition:
All pieces are accounted for (as far as I am aware) and in good condition. There is some light ware on and around the outer edges of the card, a hole punch, and is slightly bent. Some pieces may also have light scratches, scuff marks, and/or small chips along their corners. Please carefully review pictures to fully understand item condition. Assembly instructions NOT included. These can be found online.

This item is coming from a smoke free/pet free home.

Shipping information:
This item will arrive disassembled and neatly packaged in a box or poly mailer.

Although I will make every effort to package the item with care, I cannot guarantee the package's condition upon arrival as this is out of my control once it has shipped. Neither can I guarantee shipping time as this is dependent upon the shipping provider.
