Item Condition:
All pieces are accounted for (as far as I am aware) and in good condition. There is some light ware on and around the outer edges of the card and is slightly bent. Some pieces may also have light scratches, scuff marks, and/or small chips along their corners. Please carefully review pictures to fully understand item condition. Assembly instructions NOT included. These can be found online.

This item is coming from a smoke free/pet free home.

Shipping information:
This item will arrive disassembled and neatly packaged in a box or poly mailer.

Although I will make every effort to package the item with care, I cannot guarantee the package's condition upon arrival as this is out of my control once it has shipped. Neither can I guarantee shipping time as this is dependent upon the shipping provider.
