Handling & shipping

       For the safety of the environment, we use recycled materials for packing. 

Your item will be carefully packed using bubble wrap / shipping peanuts / cushioning

material for fragile content.

We are using Anti-Static bags to protect sensitive electrical equipment.

We are using rice-paper to protect lenses, mirrors and other optical parts.

There is NO extra charge for packing materials or "handling" unless specified differently in the

item description above.

Please let us know if you prefer new packing materials and we will charge you respectively.

The store holds no responsibility for uninsured packages that got lost or damaged during

 shipping.

       Customs & Taxes

The customer will be responsible for any import tax or custom charges in his country!

We can't declare a lower value than the real item value unless it was discussed and

agreed by us.

NOTE to Israeli buyers:

The price does not include local V.A.T.
In case you are from Israel, V.A.T will be added to total price.
If the payment lacked V.A.T, we will send you an invoice through PayPal.

       Shipping

       We ship worldwide except our exception countries (Bahrain, Iraq, Kuwait, Lebanon, Pakistan,

       Qatar, Saudi Arabia, United Arab Emirates, Tunisia, Yemen, Libya, Syria, Iran, Algeria and Sudan).

       If you are from one of these countries, please contact us prior purchase and we will find the

       best solution for you if possible. 

       Buyers from Malaysia and Indonesia please contact us prior purchase.

Shipments to Russia, Germany, Egypt, India, Mexico and Brazil could get delayed because of

       the local customs.

We use regular air mail, registered air mail (Israeli Post, ECO Post) and fast delivery (EMS

and FedEx) services.    

If you have any special demand, please let us know.

Packages will be sent only to the address that is provided by eBay, unless the buyer has

ordered us otherwise and we approved that we got his special request.

The delivery method we select will depend on the product and its price.

If your purchase did not arrive in time, please contact us and we will resolve the issue.

Payments

International Buyers - We accept payments through PayPal (Including Credit Payments) and

wire transfer.

Israeli Buyers - We accept Checks, Cash & PayPal.

For other payment methods, please contact us prior purchase.

Return Policy

We accept 30 days returned items by money back or replacement (buyer choice when

available).

If you decide to return the item please first CONTACT US!

If the item is sold "as is", there will be no returns for it unless it's an issue of "item not as

described".

Items that qualify for returns must be returned within 30 days after receipt of the item and

must be in the same condition they were received.

Please send the package back by Post office and not by Courier and update us with the

tracking number.

The main title does not necessarily describe the item specifically.
