We offer FREE collection in person from our warehouse located in Barnstaple, North Devon (EX31 1JY). All orders must be collected within 14 days of purchase.

Shipping

We will always try to use the most cost-effective postage option for your delivery. We take great care to package all our items securely so they are well protected during transit. Combined postage can be arranged but we must be contacted before payment is complete. All international sales are sent via eBay's Global Shipping.

We are open Monday – Saturday, 9am – 4pm (Excluding Bank Holidays).

We accept returns within 30 days from the date of purchase. All return requests must be made through eBay. 

Return postage is paid by the buyer (unless the item is faulty or not as described). 

Please note returns outside of eBay will not be accepted. 

If you are using your own courier you must do so at your own risk — we will not be able to package your item or refund any courier costs.

We are a local charity based in North Devon providing specialist care and support to people who are affected by a life-limiting illness. Although many of our patients have cancer, we also care for people who have other life-limiting illnesses too. Our patients and their families are at the heart of everything we do — we believe in being there for all the family.
